Wildlife Behavior and Training Collaborative

With Lara Joseph

A four-week live online coaching pilot for wildlife rehabilitation organizations and licensed independent wildlife rehabilitators.

Bring a real behavior or training question and learn from every organization’s coaching session, not just your own. Observe real cases, training decisions, and practical next steps you can apply to your work.

This program covers wildlife being trained in human care. Cases involving wildlife being prepared for release are not included.

• Wednesdays, January 13, 2027 through February 3, 2027, from 1–2 p.m. Eastern.
• $350 total per organization or licensed independent rehabilitator for all four 60-minute Zoom sessions.
• Staff and volunteers from the registered organization may attend, with no additional registration charge.
• One scheduled 25-minute featured coaching turn per paid registration across the four-week program, using questions, an optional 1–2-minute video, or both.
• Two featured coaching turns each week, followed by 10 minutes of group Q&A. Other participants observe during each featured turn.
• Submit questions and any optional video 48 hours before your assigned coaching session.
• Participant-only session replays available through 30 days after the program ends.
• Limited to eight paid registrations.

Registration is final and nonrefundable. Staff from the same registered organization may attend in place of another team member.

Sessions are recorded for participating organizations. Submitted materials and discussions may appear in those recordings. Participants must agree to this shared-learning format and may not download, share, repost or distribute another organization’s materials.
